Junior Achievement Central Ontario – A World of Choices
HALO CEO Paula Roberts was delighted to facilitate a panel of extraordinary executive female leaders at Junior Achievement’s inaugural World of Choices Event held at the MaRS Discovery District on March 28th, 2018. With 240 girls in attendance, they were all ears to hear about career choices in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) from senior leaders at Fidelity, Accenture, IBM, Nokia and the Toronto Raptors.
Paula has been a long time supporter of gender equity and ensuring that girls around the world are in the best position to rise to their full potential. HALO is proud to have been working with Junior Achievement Central Ontario (JACO) for many years bringing greater clarity to their position as a not-for-profit organization bringing the very real subject of youth unemployment to the fore as well as JA’s unique ability to arm youth with the skills they need to get ahead.
